1. Who is selling

bloomflora.ro is operated by BLOOM EVENTS STUDIO S.R.L., CUI 54434726, Trade Registry no.J2026022945006, registered office Șoseaua Olteniței 40-44, Bl. 6A, Sc. 5, Et. 7, Ap. 177, camera 2, Sector 4, București, e-mail vladadecor2026@gmail.com. Studio and pickup point: Bulevardul Dimitrie Cantemir 21, București.

2. How ordering works

The site has no shopping cart and takes no online payments. Sending the "Order" form is a request, not a binding order: we contact you on the channel you gave, confirm availability, the final price, timing and delivery. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order in that conversation and you accept the terms communicated.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON). For products marked "from" or "on request" they are indicative, as the price depends on size, flowers or materials. The final price, including any delivery cost, is communicated and confirmed before the order is concluded. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

4. Payment

Payment is made on delivery (cash) or by bank transfer, as agreed when the order is confirmed. For custom or large orders we may ask for a deposit, communicated in advance.

5. Delivery and pickup

We deliver in Bucharest by our own courier or a courier service, or you can pick up from the studio. Area, cost and time window are agreed at confirmation. Cut flowers are delivered on the agreed day; please make sure someone can receive the order at the address given.

6. Natural and custom products

Flowers, plants and moss are natural: colour, shape and size may differ slightly from the photos, and depending on the season we may substitute some flowers with others of equivalent quality and value, keeping the style of the composition. Products marked "made to order" are made specially for you after confirmation.

7. Workshops

A workshop seat is booked through the calendar on the site, with no prepayment. We contact you to confirm. If you cannot come, please tell us at least 24 hours ahead so the seat can go to someone else. If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, we tell you on the channel given at booking.

8. Returns and complaints

Return conditions, the right of withdrawal and its exceptions are described in the Returns policy.

9. Intellectual property

The photos, texts and design of the site belong to Bloom Event Studio and Floralab and may not be used without our written consent.

10. Governing law and disputes

Romanian law applies. Consumers may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) and use alternative dispute resolution (ANPC SAL).

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on the site on the date of your order.
